Portland, OR, September 28, 2015 – Kristi Carver, a seasoned commercial real estate executive in Portland, has been named the Director of Management Services and President of Interurban Real Estate Group, a new property management firm. Interurban is a joint venture formed by Carver and Sentinel Development, a national development and development management services company based in Irvine, California.
Carver will foster existing client relationships and direct a successful management team as a player/coach to ensure all interactions and processes reflect the culture and values of the company and clients. Previously, she has directed property management teams for both Grubb & Ellis Company in Boston and PS Business Parks in Portland. She has directly managed approximately 10,000,000 sq. ft. of office, industrial and retail properties for a variety of different ownership structures in Portland and Boston real estate markets.
Most recently, Carver was responsible for a $15 million annual property budget for a suburban office portfolio and oversaw more than $10 million in capital improvements over a three-year period. Other assignments have included facilities management, medical office buildings, mixed use and event facilities.
Carver is a licensed principal broker in the State of Oregon and has the Building Owners and Manager’s Association’s (BOMA) Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation. She has held several committee appointments with BOMA in Boston and continues to be active in the Portland market.
